Service Update: Marine Atlantic Update – March 14, 2023

Please note that due to adverse weather, Marine Atlantic has issued the following cancellations:

  • North Sydney  to   Port aux Basques  Tuesday, March 14, 2023 at 2315.
  • Port aux Basques  to   North Sydney  Tuesday, March 14, 2023 at 2330.

 

Please note that due to impending weather conditions, Marine Atlantic anticipates the following departures to be impacted:

  • North Sydney  to   Port aux Basques  Wednesday, March 15, 2023 at 1145 and 2315.
  • Port aux Basques  to   North Sydney  Wednesday, March 15, 2023 at 1145 and 2330.

 

We are continuing to monitor the marine forecast and will provide up to date information as soon as it becomes available

Service Update

  1. Weather Advisory: PEI – Bridge Traffic Restriction due to high winds – November 10, 2025
  2. Remembrance Day Notice: M-O Terminal Schedule changes:       

    In honour of Remembrance Day, Maritime-Ontario Freightworks terminals in Vancouver, Edmonton, Calgary, and Atlantic Canada will be closed on Tuesday, November 11th, 2025.

    Terminals in Ontario, Manitoba, and Quebec will remain open and operating as normal.

    Regular operations will resume at all locations on Wednesday, November 12th, 2025.

    On this day, we pause to remember and honour the courage and sacrifice of those who have served our country and protected the freedoms we enjoy today.

    We thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
