Please be advised that there has been a derailment in Prescott Ontario, affecting the main line to Canada’s east Coast. We are currently experiencing delays into and out of this region as a result of this unfortunate incident. We will continue to provide updates as information is made available.

Please be advised that there is a potential Hurricane due to pass through Halifax, NS this coming Monday August 23, 2021. The severity of this system may affect pick ups/deliveries in this area. We will monitor and provide updates as this system evolves.

The border between Nova Scotia and New Brunswick remains blocked in both directions on Wednesday morning, as residents on both sides of the border continue to protest Nova Scotia’s restrictions on travelers from New Brunswick.

Highway 40, Eastbound is currently closed to traffic in Montreal’s West Island, as work crews dismantle a crumbling traffic sign near the Morgan exit.
As of 10:43 am this morning the sign has been removed and they are expecting to get all lanes reopened by noon today.

Due to a mechanical failure that was identified on the Oceanex Connaigra during its return voyage from St. John’s to Montreal which required immediate repair before sailing to Newfoundland again, there will be a delay. We expect that the Oceanex Connaigra will return to service for the Saturday, June 5th scheduled sailing from Montreal.

A significant snowfall warning has been posted for central and eastern Nova Scotia today. They are expecting 15-25cm. Snow, at times heavy, will end this afternoon. The highest accumulations will be over eastern most areas of the province.
