Weather Delays in Halifax Region – January 13, 2022

Please note that we are expecting transit delays due to snow and freezing rain beginning in the Halifax region Friday January 14, 2022 and continuing through Monday January 17, 2022. Please anticipate 24-48 hour potential delays, depending on the severity of the system as it passes through the region. We will continue to provide updates as the situation develops.

Vancouver Delays due to weather – January 6, 2022

Vancouver Terminal Closure – December 30, 2021

Please note regular service in BC today has been cancelled due to severe road and weather conditions – we are unable to perform any pick-ups or deliveries as a result. It is important to note arrangements will be made to reschedule all pick-up and deliveries as soon as possible.

Traffic Embargo Lifted to BC Corridor- December 6, 2021

Please note that M-O has lifted the traffic embargo and regular service to the BC corridor has resumed as of Monday December 6, 2021.

December 2, 2021 – Vancouver Traffic Embargo

Please note that effective immediately, M-O will be reinstating the embargo on all freight destined to Vancouver due to continued challenges with rain and mudslides in British Columbia.

Update to Vancouver Rail Traffic- November 23, 2021

We have recently received news that both CN and CP will resume a slow start up on the Vancouver corridor. Traffic staged on outbound lanes at origin will be moved first prior to any new intermodal traffic being accepted.
