Traffic Embargo Lifted to BC Corridor- December 6, 2021

Please note that M-O has lifted the traffic embargo and regular service to the BC corridor has resumed as of Monday December 6, 2021.

December 2, 2021 – Vancouver Traffic Embargo

Please note that effective immediately, M-O will be reinstating the embargo on all freight destined to Vancouver due to continued challenges with rain and mudslides in British Columbia.

Update to Vancouver Rail Traffic- November 23, 2021

We have recently received news that both CN and CP will resume a slow start up on the Vancouver corridor. Traffic staged on outbound lanes at origin will be moved first prior to any new intermodal traffic being accepted.

Update regarding on-going disruption in Western Canada- November 16, 2021

CN crews have been working safely and diligently throughout the day to clean and repair multiple sites affected by the significant rainfall in British Columbia.

All intermodal and carload traffic northbound and eastbound from Vancouver, as well as traffic inbound to Vancouver from east/north of Kamloops is affected by this situation.

Confederation Bridge in PEI closed due to high winds

Due to high winds the Confederation Bridge in PEI has been temporarily closed which may result in delays into and out of this region. We will continue to monitor and update as the situation changes.
